Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your data and what HAON Bridge remembers of your conversations with HAON at any time:

1. Send the word BORRAR on WhatsApp to +52 56 5497 2428. HAON deletes it right away and confirms.
2. Or email contacto@haon.com.mx with the subject "Delete my data" and your WhatsApp number.

We confirm within 20 business days and delete your number, your name and anything you gave us from our systems. What is already in your own WhatsApp you delete from your phone.

If your company connected its WhatsApp to HAON Bridge, write to the same email: we disconnect the number and delete its data within 30 days.
