HAON Bridge
HAON Bridge connects a company's WhatsApp with HAON, so whoever writes gets a clear answer at any hour and, when needed, is handed to a person on the team.
It runs on the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). The company keeps using its WhatsApp Business app on the phone: when a person replies from there, HAON respects it and steps aside.
Today HAON uses it to answer people who come from its products: HAON NOM-035, HAON VGM and HAON Cert.
